So glad to have Hope with us yesterday for her first class!! She is an obstacle course runner and she kicked yesterday's workout in the butt. Great job girl. "Do want you want Thursday"!!! I used to call it Timeless Thursday but it has kind of changed to an Open Gym/ Make up Workout Day/ Skill Day. Just come in and get some work done.
