There’s a lot of pressure associated with trying to stay fit on your own. Not only do you have to make time to exercise but you’re responsible for coming up with a workout and encouraging yourself. We take the whole process of fitness and simplify it. With us, all you have to do is show up. You’ll have a coach present to explain the workout, make sure you’re comfortable with each movement, and to encourage you every step of the way.

Grow at your own speed

Most classes are small and have less than ten people with a variety of fitness levels. A class typically consists of some type of warm-up and a workout. The entire process is extremely flexible. You need no experience whatsoever. We teach you all the movements and if you’re ever not comfortable with a movement, we can always provide an alternative. Every class is designed to let you learn, stay fit, and move at your own speed.

What is Strength & Conditioning?

Strength & Conditioning is the combination of safe, effective exercise with great nutrition. Every movement done in the gym is under the supervision of a trained coach and we work hard to simplify fitness for you. You can expect these things in a typical Strength & Conditioning class.

  • 45 min to 1 hr group classes
  • Olympic lifting, body weight and gymnastic movements
  • Preprogrammed warmup and workout
  • A supportive community to help you reach your goals

You can do Strength & Conditioning!

We train with the Strength & Conditioning methodology but just know that all Strength & Conditioning gyms are not the same. Some gyms may focus on elite athletes while others may be geared towards certain age groups. Strength & Conditioning is designed so that any person of any age or fitness level can train using the same framework. Plus, every workout can easily be scaled. Safety and great form are our top priority. Do not be scared by what you hear or what you see on social media.

  • For Kids 8 years old and up. Learn a variety of fitness essentials: functional movements, basic olympic weightlifting, mobility, & more. Monday & Wednesday 11 am to Noon.
