There’s a lot of pressure associated with trying to stay fit on your own. Not only do you have to make time to exercise but you’re responsible for coming up with a workout and encouraging yourself. We take the whole process of fitness and simplify it. With us, all you have to do is show up. You’ll have a coach present to explain the workout, make sure you’re comfortable with each movement, and to encourage you every step of the way.
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the combination of safe, effective exercise with great nutrition. Every movement done in the gym is under the supervision of a trained coach and we work hard to simplify fitness for you. You can expect these things in a typical CrossFit class.
- 45 min to 1 hr group classes
- Olympic lifting, body weight and gymnastic movements
- Preprogrammed warmup and workout
- A supportive community to help you reach your goals
You can do CrossFit!
We train with the CrossFit methodology but just know that all CrossFit gyms are not the same. Some gyms may focus on elite athletes while others may be geared towards certain age groups. CrossFit is designed so that any person of any age or fitness level can train using the same framework. Plus, every workout can easily be scaled. Safety and great form are our top priority. Do not be scared by what you hear or what you see on social media.
