We are extremely excited to meet you in person. You’re going to love working out with us. Our goal is to make the whole experience super fun and enjoyable for you. You may have a lot of questions as far as what to expect, we look forward to answering those in person; however, in the meantime here are some of the most common questions people ask.

Olympic Lifting

  • If you are only looking for space to work on Olympic Lifting. You can sign up for $50 a month. This requires prior approval. For details please call 706.344.8507.

Kids Fitness

  • For Kids 8 years old and up. Learn a variety of fitness essentials: functional movements, basic olympic weightlifting, mobility, & more. Monday & Wednesday 11 am to Noon.
