It was so nice to have everyone back yesterday!! Busy day even though the workout was a tough one. Whole lot of work gettin done with a lot of clangin and bangin! If you missed out and just want to have a chance to push yourself to the limit then you can make it up later. Today we are going to stay away from the bars because I think we did every lift yesterday.
